Dreamer of the Mountains

The Dreamer is a tiny home designed by Alabama Tiny Homes, it has a lap wood siding exterior and the interior is also completely wooden. This is perfect for a trip or stay near the mountains, it will fit right into the scene. The living area is about 208 sq ft. whereas the bedroom loft is an added area of 80 sq ft, giving you a total area of 288 sq ft. This might not as big as other tiny houses, but it does the job, and does it really well.

The Dreamer has a living space consisting of a full-sized couch, a built in entertainment system with a 48'' inch TV, as well as an electric fireplace to keep you warm on those cold mountain nights. At about $45,000, this tiny house gives you more than you can expect. While the interior is as good as it is, it also comes fully furnished at this price, meaning no added expense for you in terms of setting up the place. The entrance is a glass door, which is a touch of modernity on a rustic wooden house. The kitchen is built right under the bedroom loft, so you don't need to make as much effort for that morning coffee. It comes with an apartment-sized refrigerator, a huge countertop space with built-in cabinets and drawers for extra storage, a small sink, and a bunch of outlets that can be used for charging phones, coffee makers, any electrical kitchen appliances, and much more.

The 80 sq ft. bedroom loft is more than enough space for a double-sized bed, and some storage here and there for clothes and other items. It is an open bedroom space, which overlooks the entire tiny house. The bathroom is very limited space with just a toilet and a sink in place, with no space for a showering area.

Our Thoughts

$48,000 for a tiny house is a very good price. However, once again a glass door may not seem like a viable option especially considering that you will be taking this up to the mountains where there is danger of all sorts. The absence of a shower is a big downside, you will probably have to wash your hair in the sink and step outside for a full body wash which is not an ideal condition. But considering the price range, some people would be ready to compromise on that. The living area is great, and gives you very cool rustic vibes. The interior has been beautifully decorated, everything fits well into place. If you aren't big on space, this is the perfect house for you.
