Built by the eminent KJE Tiny Homes, the Estate is a sturdy and huge tiny house on wheels which is designed strategically to cater to the needs of people who want to live large but also want to go tiny. The Estate emulates the class of a modern English house and comes with a traditional touch of style, and this amalgamation of two distinct concepts is what makes this tiny house such an irresistible choice.
The exterior puts on a fine display of distinct designs using textures and conventional lap siding materials. The maximum portion of the external side of the walls is covered in textured tiles that resemble the shape of the tiles that are seen on modern roofs. The fast stak veneer gives an enchanting spark to the otherwise contemporary theme and the use of white colour to outline these different designs truly pops out against the monotonous background. The conventional lap siding at the bottom is another classic choice. The gable roof is practical and also adds a style factor to the exterior of the Estate.
Upon entering the house through the main door, you’ll be greeted by the compact yet modish living room that has an in-built seating platform which can be decked up with cushions and bench pads to add comfort to your lounging experience. The wall opposite to the couch is a striking feature as it is a style statement in itself. The upper half of the wall holds a television screen in the wooden shiplap design while the bottom half exhibits fast stak stone surrounding the electric fireplace.
The adjacent open kitchen comes bearing an L shaped countertop that looks very chic. The cabinets beneath the counter match the colour scheme of the house and also provide storage facility. You get a stainless steel sink and a 4 burner gas stove and oven combination along with a refrigerator that is placed on its designated elevated platform right next to the counter. Stylish interior décor pieces are affixed in the wall that pose as designer open shelves and can be used to stack your expensive glassware.
The ceiling holds small circular lights to keep up with the modern look of the interiors. The bedroom has light brown shiplap walls and a decent sized bed that can comfortably sleep two people. An open shelves cabinet is present on the wall behind the bed which can be used to put picture frames or show pieces. The bathroom offers a toilet, a showering area, and a small vanity.
The Estate as a tiny house on wheels is a great combination of modern and traditional in terms of design and offers some of the most stylish yet user friendly features.
