How do I attend the conference?

After you buy your ticket you'll have access to join the live online conference from the comfort of your (tiny) home, coffee shop, while traveling or wherever you find yourself.

All through wifi and a smart phone or computer.

So grab your computer or phone, note pad, and a coffee and get ready for the tiny house event like no other!

Can I pay through PayPal?

Yes! Please choose the ticket you'd like to buy through PayPal and include the email or phone number associated with your PayPal account in the message. Or email us at support@tinyhouse.com and we'll take care of you!

Are the tickets refundable?

Yes, tickets are 100% refundable up until the day of the event. The event will also be recorded and all ticket holders will have access to the recordings after the event.

I registered for the event! How do I tune in?

So glad to have you join us! It's easy to join and all you need is a smart phone or computer and a wifi or internet connection.

We'll be sending you the official details on how to tune in shortly so stay tuned 👍

What if I bought a ticket but miss the actual event?

Not to worry! As a ticket holder you'll have access to the recordings of the event so you can watch at your leisure.

What do I need to be able to see and attend the event?

As long as you have a computer or smart phone and wifi/internet you'll be all set to attend the event on our live streaming software!

Why does the event cost?

Good question. Our goal is to bring the community together to inspire each other and learn from leaders and professionals. However, like all events, there are many costs to put on an event like this. From the live streaming software to handle thousands of people and provide a smooth experience, customer service, promoting the event, processing fees, etc. But be assured, we are working hard to keep the costs extremely low so we can in turn keep the ticket price as low as possible.

Most of our speakers have volunteered their time so a big thanks to them!

In an effort to keep the costs down, we will be launching a referral program that we'd love to you be apart of. This will help us spread the word and bring the community together without having to pay for advertising. Best of all, it puts cash back in your pocket as a way of saying thanks for spreading the word. Stay tuned as we launch the referral program by purchasing a ticket now or by signing up to our news letter below.

Where does the 5% giveback go to support those affected by COVID-19?

We are currently working on selecting the charity for this years event that has most direct positive impact and will be updating this section as soon as the final charity is selected. We prioritize grass-root organizations with maximum impact with each dollar donated.
