Like the fable of the ant and the grasshopper, the Custom Haven Park Max by Tru Form Tiny is a testament to the power of forward-thinking and sustainable living. This finalist in the Best Eco-friendly category is not just a marvel of compact, eco-friendly design; it's a lifestyle statement.

With features like solar-readiness, water-saving faucets, and a composting toilet, it's designed to minimize your impact on the environment. Yet, it doesn't compromise on luxury, boasting handcrafted wood cabinetry and handmade tiling. Intrigued? Wait till you hear about the natural wool insulation and zero VOCs.

A Look Inside

Enter the Haven Park Max, and you're instantly welcomed by an inviting, open-concept layout that masterfully blends minimalist design with the warmth and charm of sustainable materials.

Your eyes are instantly drawn to the custom handcrafted all-wood cabinetry, reflecting a commitment to sustainable materials and artisanal elegance. The natural wool insulation and the absence of VOCs ensure your indoor air quality is pristine, while the house itself leaves a minimal carbon footprint.

Take a look at the kitchen and you'll spot the energy-efficient appliances, seamlessly integrated into the design. The water-saving step faucets are a nod to water conservation, balancing convenience with environmental concern. The innovative wood stove system is for heating water, a traditional technique incorporated into modern eco-conscious design.

Turn your attention towards the bathroom and you'll find a composting toilet, a perfect representation of the 'waste as a resource' concept. It's a closed-loop system, turning your waste into nutrient-rich compost for the earth, contributing to a circular economy.

Next, wander into the loft bedrooms separated by a wall. It has swing doors for privacy.

The bedroom below has an elevator in case you want to bring your bed up to the ceiling for a multifunctional space. So it’s a bedroom at night that turns into a studio or work space during the day.

What Makes It Stand Out

The Haven Park Max dazzles as a finalist in the Best Eco-friendly category by marrying minimalist design with sustainable living, showcasing custom handcrafted wood cabinetry and eco-friendly innovations like a composting toilet and a wood stove water heating system. It's not just a house; it's a statement on eco-conscious living, featuring energy-efficient appliances, water-saving faucets, and materials that ensure pristine indoor air quality. This tiny home stands out for its clever blend of style and sustainability, including a bed that elevates for multifunctional space usage, making it a paradigm of modern, environmentally responsible living.
