The walls, adorned with spruce paneling, emit a warm glow, while the laminate ground floor and spruce floor lofts add texture and grace to the space.

Thoughtful design continues with the implementation of installed electricity, plumbing, and ventilation systems, making the Porto as functional as it is beautiful.

Climb to one of the two spacious lofts, and you'll find cozy sleeping areas that can comfortably accommodate up to six people. The privacy and personal space they offer, without compromising on the roominess of the living area, is an excellent design.

Onto the kitchen - another great example of utilizing space without sacrificing functionality. Lower and upper cabinets, offered in either veneer or MDF, line the walls. A three-layer oak board countertop hosts either an electric or gas stove, with the choice of an induction or gas cooktop.
