The Bolinas Guest House is a wonderful small house with striking beauty and effortless grace that makes a lasting impression. The main house is a long trailer with wooden brown lap siding that looks bright and beautiful. The most prominent feature of the Bolinas has to be the extended porch that is expansive and slightly elevated than ground level. It spreads out wide and can be used to host small BBQ parties or to enjoy lounging outside. You can place as many as 6 patio chairs around a small circular table here and you would still be left with sufficient elbow room. The best part is that this patio is covered on all 4 sides and has a triangular roof which can be covered for protection against the rain or snowfall.

The indoors have a very simple layout yet the white colour that coats the walls and the ceiling makes the interiors appear more appealing. The living room falls under the bedroom loft and emanates a cosy vibe to the residents. The ceiling lights lit up the entire place to make it even more alluring than it seems to be otherwise. The living area can hold two recliner chairs for comfort and a small desk in the corner with a chair to serve the purpose of a makeshift home office.

The open kitchen has two parallel counters affixed on both the walls facing each other. Both the counters have a wooden top that looks chic. A stainless steel sink and an array of cabinets makes the kitchen more practical. The entire kitchen offers storage facility in many faces. You can use a hide away ladder to go up to the sleeping loft which is big enough to sleep up to two people. The bathroom holds all the basic amenities.
