The Estate is designed to pose as a perfect modern tiny house that despite its wee size, comprises of all the basic amenities that any conventional house has to offer. The structure is meticulously planned and made so as to provide sufficient leeway to the residents. You don’t have to worry about cramped spaces and an uncomfortably packed environment as the Estate supports a great layout that holds amenities and appliances at sufficient distances.

The exterior puts on a beautiful display of horizontally laid panels for external lap siding that envelopes the entire place in elegance. A small portion of the external walls shows a wonderful stone like textured pattern that not only elevates the overall charm of this tiny house but also increases the curb appeal of the Estate. The exterior tells you why this tiny house has been named the Estate because it emits a classy vibe and looks like a classic contemporary house.

There aren’t many windows installed in the Estate but the available ones are just enough as the interiors receive plenty of natural light through the medium of these very windows. These windows aid in cross ventilation and keeping the outside world’s noise blocked out. The sconces affixed on either side of the door artificially light up the front door area. The Estate covers a total area of 450 square feet which is pretty huge for a tiny house. The interiors are not very fancy but still look sophisticated.

The light and bright colour scheme of the interiors really speaks for itself and make the whole place appear quite decent. The living room is spacious enough to let up to two people lounge comfortably. You can place a regular couch along with a small side table but that is the maximum furniture you can accommodate in this area. The galley kitchen is adjacent to the living room and bears dual kitchen counters that are a true utilitarian feature which not many tiny houses offer.

One counter is equipped with a stainless steel sink while the other holds the stove top but the common thing between the two counters is an array of drawers and cabinets. There is space for a standard refrigerator on the side of one of the counters whereas there are long cabinets affixed on the wall above the other one. The best thing about the Estate is that you get not one but three rooms which can conveniently sleep a small family of parents and two kids with the option of having individual rooms.
