The inception of Terra Haven was driven by urgency and a personal touch from Malia Schultheis, co-owner and designer, who revisited traditional design methods to infuse the project with significance and a nod to her roots.

Entering Terra Haven, the interior immediately strikes a balance between modern luxury and functional living. The Parisian-inspired trim work, luxurious Viola Marble, and black stone sinks in the kitchen and bathroom areas add a sophisticated touch to the home’s design. 

The oversized steel doors and sustainable exterior cladding, including the collaboration with Tricoya for durable siding, underscore the home’s commitment to eco-friendly practices.
