Cinnamon Toned Piece of Art

From the trusted house of SimBLISSity comes a chic and contemporary tiny house on wheels that is packed with all the conventional benefits of SimBLISSity trailers. The exterior showcases artistry of the designer. The dark shades filled in distinct patterns makes the Betty & Kris reek of sophistication. The reddish ligneous look mixed with jet black roof and stripes gives a swanky impression to anyone who lays eyes upon this beauty. The white colour of the window frames subtly breaks the monotony by adding a lively contrast to the otherwise display of earthy tones while somehow managing to sit in consistency with the overall theme. The main entrance double door is mostly made up of glass, posing as a larger versatile window.

You will find mini black cylindrical lights mounted on the wall to keep the outdoors lit. In terms of keeping the space well lit, a multitude of weather shield windows proves to be of extreme importance as they aid in bringing in sunlight and also help with proper ventilation. The use of Breckenridge lap siding gives this tiny house its amazing texture coupled with flat metal for the black portion. The sleek look of the roof is not only stylish but is also very practical as the cathedral design prevents any water leakage inside the house.

The roof is made from pro panel II metal and the slant of the roof allows rainwater or snow to slide down easily, thus preventing the build-up of mould and mildew. This style of ceiling is also well known to create an illusion of taller height and spacious interiors. The house is naturally 13 feet and 6 inches tall with a width of 8 feet and a good 28 feet long. The entire space covered by this tiny house is set at 320 square feet and is spacious enough to accommodate a family of four.

The extra protruding area both at the front and the back offers additional storage which is a great facility that is not a common feature provided by many tiny houses. The interior is roomy with a single yet spacious loft which can conveniently sleep up to 4 people. You also get an electric fireplace which not only enhances the charm of the interior but also bestows upon you warmth on chilly days. The propane water heater assists the fireplace in keeping you warm. The Brazilian cherry hardwood flooring is exceptionally strong and famous for its durability, the good looks of it on the other hand are just another perk.
