The Sage is a wonderful wee house that creates a cosy ambience with its serene style. It comprises of multiple unique features that cannot be commonly identified in many tiny houses. This is one of the best qualities of this tiny trailer. The exterior as well as the interior of the Sage will remind you of a retreat property in the woods. The external wooden wainscoting looks exquisite and adds up to the overall aura of the Sage.

The metal gable roof in an excellent feature of this tiny house, as it offers durability while simultaneously acting as a style statement. Metal roofs with such a structure are comparatively more long lasting and easy to maintain as they prevent the build-up of mould and mildew during heavy snowfall and protect the house against rainwater damage too. The tall glass windows have a distinct design that elevates the charm of both, the interior and the exterior.

The small front deck has stairs attached to it and can be used for stacking house plants. The indoors have eastern white pine flooring with 12 inch boards used on the ceiling and for the flooring. The choice of material is exceedingly well in terms of strength and appearance. A chesterfield sofa can be placed in the living room opposite to a television set for added comfort. You also get an electric fireplace in the corner that keeps you warm on winter nights and appears modular.

The kitchen has ample of storage facility in the shape of cabinets and drawers. A regular stainless steel sink with faucet, a two burner gas stove, a standard fridge and a convention oven complete the kitchen. The ceiling holds lights and a fan in the great room. The single bedroom loft is capacious and can easily sleep up to two people. The dimensions of the same run at 8.6 feet in width and 22 feet in length and can accommodate a queen sized mattress.

There are windows on each of the three walls that keep the bedroom area well-lit during the day and further aids in cross ventilation.  The bathroom is beautiful and has a custom vanity that was made from a traditional 100 years old family heirloom dresser that enhances the look of the washroom. You also get a residential toilet along with a cabinet made from a military ammo box.
