Draper is a top-notch tiny house in every facet. At 30 feet long it fits just about everything you need to not have to compromise or sacrifice the necessities of nearly any lifestyle. The aesthetic is mid-century modern. Clean lines, light earthy tones, and built-ins are found throughout the tiny house.
Walking through the expansive glass sliding doors, you’ll find an attractive galley kitchen with a full-size fridge, oven, cooktop and plenty of countertop space. A built-in dining nook sits at the front of the tiny house and comes with custom made Sunbrella cushions that convert the nook into a fully functional bed.
At the back of the tiny house is a room with a 7-foot wide closet, washer and dryer machine and additional storage. As well as a full-size bathroom with a walk-in shower. An inset wood ladder leads up to the loft that fits a king-size mattress.
The exterior is clad with maintenance-free black corrugated metal siding and a Cumaru, renewable Brazilian hardwood, as an accent. Engineered for ski-resort snow loads and weather, its insulation is second to none and boasts R-Values from R-28 in the walls to R-33 in the roof. A 7’ x 14’ fold-down deck right off the sliding glass doors can be lowered or raised in around 2 minutes providing an easy setup for outdoor living.
Overall, the Draper is an exceptional tiny house by anyone’s standards. Boasting high value insulating, a massive fold-down deck, well-designed aesthetics, large windows, sleeps up to 4 and engineered to go just about anywhere.
Functionally it has it all. Designed by tiny home dwellers, there are no details that are left out. It’s certainly on the higher price point than most tiny homes but we believe that that cost comes with all the added value to justify it both from an aesthetic standpoint and utility.
