Given its primary purpose as a short-term vacation rental, it doesn't feature full-sized appliances. However, the Mohican model can easily be adapted to include larger appliances, a washer/dryer, and additional storage for those seeking a full-time residence.

Built on a 20-foot Trailer Made custom foundation, this Mohican model showcases LP Vertical Smart Siding on its exterior, a durable steel roof, and an exterior storage box. As you step onto the luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring and take in the PVC interior walls, you'll appreciate the tasteful brushed nickel hardware package.

The social area, designed with relaxation in mind, features a custom couch by Modern Tiny Living, three drawers, and the ability to convert into a bed. Up the custom staircase, equipped with built-in storage, you'll find a spacious king-sized loft perfect for a restful night's sleep. Additional amenities include a custom bookcase, a folding eat/work table, and a hanging clothes closet with shelving.

In the kitchen, you'll find custom cabinetry, solid surface countertops, an undermount stainless steel sink, and a mini-fridge. 

The bathroom and laundry area feature a fiberglass shower with a glass door, a standard flush toilet, floating shelves, and a custom sliding barn door. However, there is no vanity, sink, or washer and dryer included in this particular model.

Kill Devil Hills ensures year-round comfort with a ductless mini-split for heating and air conditioning. A gas propane water heater from PrecisionTemp provides hot water, while the home is powered by a 50-amp electric service. To top it all off, the home is well-insulated with 3-inch closed-cell spray foam in the walls and ceilings and 4 inches in the floors, ensuring energy efficiency and coziness in all seasons.
