As you step onto the 24-foot Trailer Made Custom Tiny Home Trailer Foundation, you'll immediately notice the striking exterior of Rodanthe. The LP Vertical Smart Siding and steel roof offer durability and style, while the included exterior storage box provides convenient additional storage space.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by luxury vinyl plank flooring and beautiful poplar tongue and groove interior walls, adorned with brushed nickel hardware. The spacious social area of this Kokosing model features a non-elevated setup with six drawers, a dual bookcase, and a convertible bed. A large king-sized loft serves as the primary sleeping area, while the breakfast nook with a dropdown mirror and power outlets offers a cozy spot for eating or working.

Climbing the custom staircase, complete with built-in storage, leads you to the thoughtfully designed kitchen. Custom stained wood cabinetry pairs beautifully with the stainless steel countertops, creating an elegant and functional space. The kitchen also features a 30" stainless steel undermount sink and a mini-fridge. It's worth noting that the oven, range, and microwave are to be provided by the customer.

Continuing the walkthrough, you'll find the bathroom and laundry area, where a fiberglass shower with a glass door awaits. A standard flush toilet is provided, alongside floating shelves for storage. The bathroom is made complete with a custom sliding barn door, although a vanity, sink, and washer/dryer are not included.

A ductless mini-split system provides both heating and cooling, while a gas propane water heater from PrecisionTemp ensures hot water is always available. The tiny home is serviced by a 50-amp electrical system and is insulated with closed-cell spray foam insulation (3" in walls/ceilings and 4" in floors).

Strategically positioned windows, glass panels, and doors throughout the home allow ample natural light to flood the living spaces, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. The use of operable windows also facilitates cross-ventilation, ensuring the home remains fresh and comfortable.
