The termite-resistant timber frame is clad in a sleek, Trimdeck profile monument matte finish Colorbond, while flyscreens are fitted to all windows. The walls, ceiling, and floors are insulated with fiberglass earth wool and silver sarking to ensure a comfortable temperature year-round.

Inside, the Gunyah exudes warmth with its solid pine-paneled walls and cypress pine flooring and bench tops, which are finished in a natural tongue oil. Soft-close drawers and cupboards are found throughout the tiny home, offering an elegant touch.

The living area in the Gunyah offers enough space for a full-size, comfortable 3-seater couch, perfect for lounging or watching a large wall-mounted TV.
