One of the Eco-Village Asuchillo (EVA) homes, the Halcon is a contemporary and sustainable small house built on a foundation. The EVA is a distinguished riverside tiny home community which is situated a short walk from the popular Asuchillo beach.

The main floor has a wide living room with interior stairs near the wall that lead up to the second floor bedroom loft. The living room can hold a long recliner sofa with a standard centre table along with a television screen affixed on the wall, to complete the look of the relaxing room. The full kitchen is also pretty big and stylish with a counter meant for barstool seating.
The adjacent bathroom, is a comfortable full sized bathroom with a tiled shower and a vanity combination sink. One of the many unique features offered by the Halcon is a capacious balcony on the second floor that lets the residents enjoy the views of the Pacific Ocean. The bedroom also comes with sufficient leeway and you can sleep up to two people comfortably and not feel cramped.
The most prominent features of this community include a common area with a pool and a fire lounge, grey water recycling system that further waters your garden and various top notch surf beaches nearby along with fully off-grid tiny homes. You can go surfing or fishing with in couple minute walk from your front door!
The great modern design of the Halcon makes it appear as a snazzy small house that seems very attractive. You get two floors of pure bliss and comfort packed with space and luxury. The layout of the Halcon is meticulously designed and built to maximize every square inch!
We love the well thought out design that has been thorough maximized. The Halcon in the EVA residential resort is not only a modern looking house but is also equipped with luxuries and conveniences. The value for the home seems more than reasonable, and add in the fact that it's a stones throw away from the beach makes this seem like an instant win.
Well designed and well built this is surely a home you'll want to take a closer look at for your off shore residence or investment.
