The RoadHaus Wedge is the smaller and more affordable option built as the younger sibling to The Wedge. Refined to a smaller footprint of just 250 square feet yet maintaining the distinct architectural features, it’s truly a small home at a much more economical price.
Fully equipped with all the appliances and finishes, this home is turnkey and, of course, is on wheels so it can be taken on the road to wherever you’d like to go. All utilities are ready to be hooked up to whatever utility system needed. The bedroom is only a few steps off the ground which creates more headroom compared to the typical tiny house loft.
The clerestory windows, around nearly the entire small home, and it’s covered porch provide a great indoor-outdoor feel.
Overall, this small home is well designed and comes from a reputable company. The clerestory windows and high ceilings make the home feel open and spacious.
Functionally, it’s basic yet flows well. The bed is closer to the main floor bedroom which takes away from some additional space but it certainly makes the sleeping accommodations much more comfortable.
