Francelia’s by Mitchcraft is an elegant 24-foot tall and 275 square feet tiny house that features a kitchen, living space, bedroom loft & bathroom. Mitchcraft built this tiny house for their client named Francelia. She wanted a simple but modern tiny house where she can spend some quality time with herself and her loved ones. There are plenty of features that this tiny modern house comes with, will discuss those features in the coming paragraphs.
The wood crafting can be seen on the exterior in a vertical and horizontal pattern along with stained glass windows. As soon you enter the house with a wooden door that is colored in chocolate brown. You can see a three-seater sofa where you can sit and talk to your friends. On the left side of the door, there is storage space and hooks to hang your coats and jackets. On the extreme right of the house, there is a little sitting area where you can sit and read novels and enjoy the weather at the same time via peeping outside of the glass window. A fireplace is also there in the living room to keep you warm.
As soon you move to your left you enter your beautiful kitchen where you will cook food for yourself and your friends or loved ones. The kitchen comes with a hood, cooking stove, microwave/Owen, countertop, fridge, sink, and storage space. In the kitchen, there is a sitting area for two people to enjoy the meal. Blue and grey colored tiles enhance the beauty of this kitchen. There is plenty of storage compartments available for storing your groceries in the kitchen.
As you climb up the stairs that contain hidden storage space for your things. You enter your simple yet beautiful bedroom loft. The sleeping area is enough for two people and the storage option is also there in the bedroom for storing clothes and your essentials. There is window next to the sleeping area for ventilation and natural lighting.
Last but not least the bathroom features a sink along with a vanity for storage purposes, a corner shower, and a dry toilet. The washer/dryer combo is also there in the bathroom for laundry.
This tiny house by Mitchcraft is pretty distant and you get what you pay for. One can live here full-time or partially or however they prefer to. This is one of the simple yet modern tiny wheelhouses in the market.
The bedroom can be constructed again as the bedding area appears to be a little smaller. Rest this tiny house is pretty comfortable and modern.
